Block Puzzle Quest

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Block Puzzle Quest (the "App"), developed and operated by its developer ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
This license does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works based on the App or any of its content.
The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users under 13 may not use the App. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age and that you are legally permitted to use the App under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Some features may change, be added, or be removed over time. The App does not currently offer in-app purchases or paid content. If this changes in the future, these Terms will be updated accordingly.
The App may display advertisements, including rewarded and interstitial ads provided by third-party ad networks such as Google AdMob.
Ad delivery may depend on your device settings, consent choices, network availability, and third-party ad service availability. We do not guarantee that ads will always be available or that ad-dependent features (such as rewarded content) will always function.
We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements displayed within the App.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

The App and all of its content — including but not limited to software, source code, design, user interface, branding, trademarks, trade names, logos, text, graphics, animations, audio, and other materials — are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark law.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the App or its content without our prior written permission.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. Your use of the App does not grant you any ownership interest in the App or its content.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts or all of the App at any time, with or without notice. We are not obligated to maintain any specific feature, game mode, score, or progression structure.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. If material changes are made, we will update the effective date at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if required by law or if we reasonably believe the App is being abused, tampered with, or used in violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately. Sections 7 (Intellectual Property), 9 (No Warranty), 10 (Limitation of Liability), and 12 (Governing Law and Disputes) survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, excluding its conflict of law rules, unless mandatory consumer protection or other laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey, unless mandatory law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and you retain any mandatory consumer rights provided by the laws of your country.
